09.19.23 - Baltimore Bluegrass Jam with Jon Glik @ Peabody Heights Brewery

Behold, the legendary Baltimore fiddler Jon Glik. Glik was a member of Del McCoury’s Dixie Pals and worked with the likes of David Grisman and more. He is the namesake of Ronnie McCoury’s red-hot “Baltimore Johnny,” recorded on the 1996 album Cold Hard Facts. After battling back from liver disease a couple decades ago, Glik’s able to play and share his incredible skills, and they’re especially appreciated in the Charm City. Jon led the three-hour long Baltimore Bluegrass Jam at Peabody Heights Brewery on Sept. 19, 2023, drawing a pack of local players of all ages who joined him across three hours of music.
